WWE News: Bray Wyatt wants The Rock at WrestleMania 33
The Wyatt Family recently appeared on ESPN’s “Off The Top Rope” segment on SportsCenter and was interviewed by Todd Grisham about their WWE run. Todd Grisham filled in for Jonathan Coachman as Coach is in Las Vegas for UFC 200 event on Saturday, featuring Lesnar vs Hunt.
When asked about how Bray and the Family came about, Bray replied that they never expected to be this big. He also said that they came in with no expectations with the motive to earn people’s respect and now they have earned it. He called it a beautiful thing that people now pay to come to be one of their fireflies and said their dedication was rewarded and they are now facing WWE’s top competitors.
When asked about his WrestleMania encounters, he recalled how fascinating The Undertaker’s aura is. he said facing Taker at WrestleMania is the greatest thing one can do in WWE as he is above titles and he has accomplished it. On recalling his encounter with The Rock, he said it was a cool moment to be out with The Rock on WrestleMania. He noted that The Rock is a bigger star than The Undertaker and said that he has unfinished business with him.
Bray also revealed that he would love to finish the feud with The Rock at WrestleMania 33.
Wyatt also revealed that his favorite wrestler was Jake “The Snake” Roberts. He said that they think alike and noted that the most important attribute for a wrestler to have when he enters WWE is ‘no fear’ He said that everyone in WWE is trying to put fear in their opponents, but he is better at it than the others.
