WWE News: Brie Bella confirms retirement on Twitter
It seems Brie Bella has confirmed what most wrestling fans assumed to be true after WrestleMania 32: She has retired.
The news came via a response on Twitter from the account Brie shares with her sister, Nikki Bella, as pointed out by pwmania.com.
That I retired on the wrong day lol ..I couldn't be happier. Finally this day came #TotalDivas #WomensWrestling #WWE https://t.co/buZr4U0O2G

Her retirement, which had been rumored prior to WrestleMania 32, might have seemed obvious to anyone watching the event. Brie was part of a 10-Diva Tag Match, won by her Total Divas team that also included Natalya, Paige, Alicia Fox and Eva Marie. Brie got the submission victory by putting Naomi in her husband Daniel Bryan’s signature Yes Lock, and afterward Nikki Bella, still in a neck brace from surgery, joined the winners in the ring.
The winning team also hoisted Brie onto their shoulders, and some of WWE’s performers also took to Twitter to send their best wishes to Brie using the hashtag #ThankYouBrie.
