What's the story?

Brock Lesnar returned to his roots earlier today to teach a seminar and involve himself in the morning stretch at The University of Minnesota.

In case you didn't know...

Brock Lesnar was a successful amateur wrestler for the University of Minnesota before he was signed to WWE back in 2000. The former World Champion has had an incredible wrestling career in WWE, but when it comes to grappling, he has shown throughout his UFC career that he definitely knows how to take the sport to the mat.

Lesnar went to The University of Minnesota on a scholarship in his senior year of University, where he met fellow WWE star Shelton Benjamin and the duo then became roommates. His amateur career was what opened WWE's eyes, and now it appears that he is looking to give back.

The heart of the matter

Brock Lesnar was part of the morning stretch at The University of Minnesota earlier today where he was able to share some of his advice with the up and coming talent on the amateur scene.

Lesnar hasn't been seen on WWE TV since Super ShowDown when he was attacked by Seth Rollins as he attempted to cash in his Money in the Bank contract on the WWE Champion.

What's next?

Raw tonight is live from Newark, New Jersey and it's the final episode of the show ahead of Extreme Rules. Seth Rollins will be in action in a Mixed Tag Team Match so it could be the perfect time for Lesnar to pop up and look to take advantage with his Money in the Bank contract.
