WWE News: Brother of former WWE Champion pleads not guilty to murder charges
Two weeks ago, the younger brother of former WWE World Champion, Dolph Ziggler was wanted due to murder charges aimed towards him. Twenty-nine year-old Donald Nemeth, brother of Ziggler, was accused with the charges when the dead body of a US Marine, Joshua Mascol was discovered in a hotel corridor in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.
The crime took place on January 23rd, during a suspected botched drug deal. Donald being a prime suspect, was arrested on April 28th and presented to the court on May 6th, where he was accused of the crime.
Earlier today, Donald Nemeth again appeared in court, where quite shockingly he plead that he was not responsible for the murder of Joshua Mascol, neither was he involved in kidnapping or assaulting him. He nonetheless accepted his involvement in the deal. According to allwrestlingnews.com, Nemeth is held with a bond worth $1 Million.
Cleveland.com reports that the photos taken by a nearby surveillance camera during the committing of the crime were released by the detectives in February this year. The photos prove that there is another person involved in this scenario and was present at the spot. The police are still confused regarding the identity of this person and are searching for him.
