WWE News: Carmella reveals the superstar with whom she had "drama" on Total Divas
What’s the story?
During a recent interview with TV Insider; Smackdown Live superstar and current Ms Money in the Bank Carmella discussed a host of topics including her working on the newest edition of the reality TV show, Total Divas.
In case you didn’t know…
Carmella is the current and the first ever Women’s Money in the Bank winner, she is also the newest addition to the reality TV series called the Total Divas.
Total Divas is a TV show that gives the viewers an inside look into the lives of the female superstars in WWE. The show is currently in its seventh season and the current cast features the likes of Brie Bella, Nikki Bella, Natalya, Naomi. This season Total Divas fans also got to witness the addition of three new faces to the show, in Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, and Carmella.
The heart of the matter
During her latest interview with TV Insider; Carmella talked about her role on Total Divas and revealed the person who brought the “drama” out of her during the show.
“The Princess of Staten Island” said that she isn’t someone who likes to get involved in all the drama, but, claimed that the one person who always seemed to get it out of her was Lana. Carmella said that on this season of the show, fans will get to see a bit of drama between her and “The Ravishing Russian”.
Ms Money in the Bank then said that she had to put Lana in her place, which does not happen very often, according to her. Carmella, however, also added that she had to stand up for herself in this situation and said that the women of WWE are making history week after week both in and outside of the ring. She ended her statement saying that the seventh season of the show is going to be a great season.
What’s next?
Carmella’s next in-ring goal, however, is to focus on this year’s Survivor Series pay-per-view, which takes place on November 19th in Houston. Carmella will team up with four of the top women from Smackdown Live as they prepare to go head-to-head against Team Raw’s best five ladies this Sunday.
Author’s Take
I think Carmella’s statement shows that she knows when to stand up for herself and is capable of differentiating between what’s right and wrong.
