Last night on Monday Night Raw, former WWE Universal Champion, Roman Reigns announced that he is in remission and is all set to return to the WWE following his battle with leukemia.

On October 22nd, former WWE World Champion, Roman Reigns announced that due to his battle with leukemia, he would be forced to relinquish his WWE Universal Championship that he had won from 'The Beast' Brock Lesnar last year at SummerSlam in order to undergo treatment.

The heart of the matter

Former WWE World Champion, Chris Jericho has been making waves in the Pro Wrestling industry with him recently competing at NJPW: Wrestle Kingdom 13 and also announcing his signing with All Elite Wrestling.

Despite Jericho signing with AEW, it seems like the former nine-time WWE Intercontinental Champion has been keeping tabs with the current WWE product, as Y2J took to his Instagram handle to comment on Reigns' return.

Jericho took to social media and posted the following, stating that he is more than happy to hear Reigns is in remission, also labeling 'The Big Dog' as one of his favorite opponents and a friend as well.
