WWE News: Dean Ambrose takes a shot at Brock Lesnar's in ring abilities
Apparently, the current WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose is not much of a fan of Brock Lesnar's in-ring skills and he thinks that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is lazy.
Actually, during his latest appearance on The Stone Cold Podcast, the former Shield member opened up about his match with the Beast at WrestleMania 32 and said that he had a vision for their match. However, according to Ambrose while he put his effort for the match, he was met by laziness on Lesnar's side.
He said: "Artistically, Brock didn’t want to do anything, if we’re going to be perfectly honest. Brock’s gonna Brock. He’s all about Brock. I had a vision for that match to be the craziest thing imaginable,
“You know what I mean, and I was trying to pitch everything to everybody and had every idea. I put so much effort in and so much work in, and other people did too, and I was met with laziness."
Following the interview, SmackDown Live's general manager Daniel Bryan also took a shot at both Lesnar and Raw general manager Mick Foley when he appeared on the latest episode of Talking Smack.
When the host, Reene Young, asked Bryan about Ambrose's comment, the former World Champion said that "a lot of the guys on RAW are lazy because they are complacent and their managers are not as good as the SmackDown Live managers."
However, Bryan didn't turn out to be the last person to offer his thoughts on this controversy as former WWE commentator Jim Ross also mentioned both Dean Ambrose and Daniel Bryan's comments in his latest blog post:
According to JR the reason behind the alleged laziness of Lesnar might be the fact that he doesn't want to come out of his comfort zone:
“Interesting comments made this week by Dean Ambrose and by Daniel Bryan regarding Brock Lesnar being ‘lazy.’ If true, and I’m not saying that it is as I’m not around Lesnar whatsoever, could it be because Brock is residing the dreaded “comfort zone” which is an area that adversely affects professional careers in many fields and certainly negatively affects relationships of all kinds?”
It's notable here that Dean Ambrose faced brock Lesnar in a No Holds Barred Street Fight at WrestleMania 32. The match was built up around the monstrous image of Brock Lesnar and the never say die attitude of the current WWE Champion. Although the match received mixed reactions by fans, who accused WWE of not delivering what they had promised.
