WWE News: WWE's Finn Balor has his own "Demon" Ultra Boost customs

Balor revealed his Demon King persona on RAW before SummerSlam

During the course of the last three weeks, the WWE Universe has been exposed to the dynamic persona that is Finn Balor. He took Monday Night RAW by storm when he defeated Roman Reigns in the main event, on his first night, to stake his claim at the WWE Universal Championship.

Since then, every Monday night, Balor has been pleasantly surprising us with his mic skills and in-ring abilities. All this came to head in the last episode of RAW when we witnessed Finn unleash the Demon King.

Those that have not watched any of the NXT TakeOvers were taken aback by this dark persona and pretty cool paint job. Now as SummerSlam draws near, the WWE Universe is eagerly waiting for “the Demon King” to take to the ring.

Over the past few weeks, WWE has had arguably its two best workers in Seth Rollins and Finn Balor vie for the Universal Championship, thus giving the ridiculously named championship some prestige.

Now as Balor begins his ascension up the WWE ranks, customizer Mache is helping him celebrate with a special pair of sneakers. Inspired by the characteristic red and black demon paint, Mache treated the popular Adidas Ultra Boost runner to match the Demon gimmick, highlighted by jagged 3-Stripes branding and a cracked print along the cage.

The sneakers take a black and red colorway, highlighting the “Demon King’s” persona

Balor doesn’t exactly fit the bill when it comes to being the sneakerhead type, but this is a pair that will probably even get the attention of Jordan loyalists Shane McMahon and Enzo Amore.

The best part about Balor’s “Demon King” character is that we rarely see him as his alter-ego. Even during his days at NXT, it was typically at the critically acclaimed NXT TakeOver events that Balor channeled the Mr. Hyde to his Dr. Jekyll, and it made for quite the spectacle, one that thrived mostly because it only happened on special occasions.

Not a stranger to title reigns, Balor is the longest reigning NXT Champion. He kept hold of his NXT gold for 292 days after winning the brand's top title from Kevin Owens at The Beast in the East show in Japan in July 2015. Balor's spell with the strap narrowly eclipsed Neville's 287 days and far exceeded the 133 days his SummerSlam rival Seth Rollins, managed during the second half of 2012.

Will Balor be able to continue his momentum heading into SummerSlam and emerge victorious, or will Seth Rollins add another feather to his cap by becoming the first Universal Champion?
