WWE News: Former NXT Women's Champion possibly injured at recent tapings

Bayley recently dropped the NXT Women’s Championship to Asuka

Former NXT Women’s Champion Bayley is perhaps the most loved female wrestler in NXT. She defied the odds and was successful in defeating Sasha Banks to win the championship gold. Losing the title to Auska at NXT Takeover: Dallas was a setback for her career.

The run of bad luck might continue for Bayley, as she has possibly suffered an injury at the recent NXT tapings at Full Sail University. Wrestlinginc.com has noted that Bayley was trying to reverse a suplex by Nia Jax and ended up being injured. Her knee seemed to blow out, although she worked till the end of that match. Some fans believe that the injury may not be legitimate as she continued to wrestle. 

Several wrestlers in WWE’s current roster are in the injured list. Perhaps the hectic schedule, performing in so many live events are aggravating their already taxed bodies.
