WWE News: Former WWE employee hints that company held her back
Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes was unhappy with the way WWE was booking his Stardust gimmick. He consulted several writers of the company to change his gimmick but it was denied.
He even came up with new ideas about a proper booking of his new on-screen character but they were ignored. Hence, Cody decided to ask for his release from WWE, which was eventually granted.
With Cody’s release, his wife Eden Stiles also decided to wrap up her WWE career. As reported by wrestlinginc.com, Eden tweeted today revealing that WWE prevented her from attending numerous red carpet events, when she worked for the company. She didn’t disclose any reason behind such alleged actions taken by the WWE.
Below is her tweet :
It's nice to get invited to red carpet events and ACTUALLY be able to go now! Putting my looks together

Stiles was signed by the company, back in 2011 but she soon asked for the termination of her contract. Eden then re-signed with WWE in 2013 and resumed her role as a ring announcer, first appearing on WWE NXT. Since October 2014, she became a regular for SmackDown and Main Event. She also worked as a back-up ring announcer for RAW when Lilian Garcia was absent.
