WWE News: Former WWE Superstar suggests an interesting opponent for Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35
What's the story
Former WWE Superstar and Hall of Famer, Bully Ray, shares his opinion on who should be facing Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35.
In case you didn't know...
Kofi Kingston has been on fire recently, as he picked up huge momentum wrestling in a Gauntlet Match last week on SmackDown Live to earn his place in the Elimination Chamber as a replacement for the injured Mustafa Ali.
Kofi came very close to defeating Daniel Bryan at the Elimination Chamber, outlasting the likes of AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Randy Orton, and Jeff Hardy. Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston were the final two men and put on a stellar performance. Bryan would pin Kofi following a running knee to retain the WWE Championship.
The heart of the matter
During the most recent episode of SiriusXM's Busted Open Radio show, Bully Ray chooses an interesting yet logical opponent to face Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35.
Bully Ray thinks Kofi Kingston should be the odds on favorite to face Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania based on his performance at Elimination Chamber, in addition to his hard work and dedication over the years.
“I think I would have called an audible last night. The moment is now. They won’t be able to capture last night after WrestleMania. This Tuesday comes, if Kofi isn’t mentioned or doing anything with Bryan? It’s over with.”
