WWE News: Goldberg opens up about why he left WWE
Ever since his appearance in WWE 2K17 trailer, Goldberg has been making waves in the social media. Speculations about his return have spread like wildfire even when there is no substance behind them. All through this storm, Goldberg has maintained his stance on his relationship with WWE and has even expressed that he was disappointed with his last match at WrestleMania.
Goldberg recently appeared on The Steve Austin Show, Stone Cold’s podcast, and cleared some air about the perceptions that was held in the wrestling circle. Addressing the reports that stated he was difficult to work with, Goldberg opened up about how he felt bad to be given preferential treatment in WCW. He also revealed that he wanted to put over Bobby Eaton in a dark match in his hometown on his birthday during his streak, but the decision makers refused to let him do it.
Goldberg also opened up about his falling out with WWE. He stated that he wasn’t having fun anymore by being in WWE and always felt that something was fighting against him there. As life is not always about money, he left the WWE.
