WWE News: Huge RAW star added to TLC main event to fight The Shield

What's the story?

It was just announced on the October 9th edition of Monday Night Raw that Braun Strowman would be joining 'The Bar' and The Miz at the previously announced TLC main event and it will definitely be a tables, ladders and chairs match. This addition should even the odds.

In case you didn't know...

The Shield were reunited during the opening moments of Monday Night Raw, interrupting the Miz and The Bar on MizTV following the events of last weeks Raw when Cesaro and Sheamus laid Roman Reigns out.

The TLC main event was then announced, it would be a 3 vs 3 TLC match between Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose vs The Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro.

However the Shield weren't done with their night as they would interrupt the 'Monster Among Men' Braun Strowman during the big man's attempted destruction of Matt Hardy and dish out Shield's unique brand of justice for the recent demolition Strowman handed out to both Rollins and Ambrose.

As is usually the case in the WWE, if you Shield Bomb someone through the announce table they're probably going to be added to the opposing team in the upcoming pay-per-view and that's exactly what happened.

The heart of the matter

The WWE then announced that following the Shield's assault on Braun Strowman that the huge superstar would be joining the already announced opponents of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose making the TLC main event a 4 on 3 handicap match, with tables, ladders and chairs involved.

What's next?

We have two weeks to see if the unorthodox team of The Miz (with his Miztourage), The Bar and Braun Strowman can co-exist, whilst the Shield have already shown that, even after being apart for so long, that they're right back on the same page again.

This match is going to be brilliant. That's all I have to add. The match seems a lot more difficult to predict, with the addition of the monster.
