WWE News: Hulk Hogan might return to the WWE, according to Linda McMahon
Former WWE CEO Linda McMahon made an appearance on Yahoo News Live with Katie Couric today for promoting WrestleMania 32 and also discussed politics. She was asked about her family's relationship with US Presidential candidate Donald Trump, who hosted multiple WrestleMania events.
In reply, Linda mentioned that she ended up being a good friend of Trump : "He was a great partner, a wonderful promoter. He really greased the wheels. We got to know him personally. He's very loyal, he's a patriot, he hires smart people around him. He did exactly what he said he would do," Linda said.
Linda was also asked about the recent trial Hulk Hogan-Gawker and whether the Hulkster will return to WWE in the future. Linda said that she could "never say never" about Hulkamania running wild once again in the WWE, but ultimately it's up to the WWE officials. She even said :
"I followed it some because he's been a part of WWE for quite some time. I don't think anyone had the right to take that private tape and put it out. I thought Gawker was wrong in doing that. He said some deplorable things, and it cost him his job in the WWE,"
