WWE News: John Cena will have a match at WrestleMania 35
What's the story?
One of the biggest enigmas surrounding WrestleMania 35 is, "What will John Cena be doing, or will he even be there?"
Well, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle has confirmed that, while no match has been announced yet, John Cena WILL have a match on the Grandest Stage of Them All this year, stating that he wanted to face off against the 16-time World Champion.
In case you didn't know...
Kurt Angle will wrestle his last ever match in WWE at WrestleMania 35 when he faces off against Baron Corbin. The announcement of Angle's opponent for his retirement match was met with much controversy, with many claiming that John Cena would have been the ideal opponent with Kurt Angle being Cena's first ever match.
As for John Cena's role at Mania, though - well, that's been up in the air until now.
The heart of the matter
In an interview with Gorilla Position of the UK, it seems that Kurt Angle let slip John Cena's WrestleMania status when speaking about how he wanted to face off against the 16-time World Champion for his retirement match to bring the story full circle.
I love John and I know that he will have a WrestleMania match. I’m not sure if they’ve announced it yet, but I’m almost positive he’s gonna be there.

What's next?
Wrestlemania 35 will take place on April 7, 2019, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
As of now, Kurt Angle will face off against Baron Corbin, while there's no official news on the role John Cena will play. Could this all be one big bluff? May we see John Cena vs Kurt Angle? Only time will tell.
