WWE News: Kalisto botches Survivor Series entrance

sURV
Survivor Series just wasn't Kalisto's night

What's the story?

Kalisto is a high lying fan-favourite for many and he's well-known for his flipping entrance. Even though WWE does their best to hide his trampoline, it was actually Kalisto's dismount that got him caught up in some trouble during his kickoff show match against Enzo Amore at Survivor Series.

In case you didn't know...

Making the right entrance is sometimes the most important thing you can do as a WWE Superstar. After all, your first impression is often the only thing people will remember about you.

That is why such a high energy entry to the ring is imperative for someone like Kalisto. He sprints to the ring and hits a hidden trampoline meticulously placed by WWE's ring crew. Kalisto has made jumping into the ring famous, but it doesn't always work the way he'd like it to.

The heart of the matter

In a moment that didn't go according to plan before his Cruiserweight TItle match against Enzo Amore, Kalisto found himself a little hung up, to say the least. It appears as though he played it off well enough and no-sold the slip-up. But it was pretty obvious if you were paying attention.

It certainly wasn't the best way to start a match in front of a sold-out arena full of excited fans in Houston. But it couldn't have been more embarrassing than losing clean to Enzo Amore.

What's next?

Kalisto probably won't stop his usual entrance because the kids love it when he jumps really high. When Kalisto pulls it off, this spot looks pretty cool. But when it doesn't work out too well, who knows what can happen when trampolines and adrenaline are involved?

It also doesn't look like Kaliso is finished chasing Enzo Amore of the Cruiserweight Title either.

Author's take

I can't imagine how embarrassing it must be for Kalisto to get hung up like this. But at least he worked through it. If anything, we weren't able to see the surprised look on his face when he was suddenly hung up while trying to jump in the ring.
