What's the story?

Kane, whose real name is Glenn Jacobs, recently stated in an interview with Times Of India that he is highly impressed with Jinder Mahal, and feels that it is a great story of how he clawed his way back into the WWE and went on to win the WWE Championship.

Kane also spoke about what he thinks about Braun Strowman and the upcoming India Tour.

In case you didn't know...

Kane is a former two-time world champion and has been with the WWE since 1995, winning multiple championships and accolades throughout his long career.

Kane returned to WWE on October 16 after 10 months of being inactive. He is currently embroiled in a rivalry with Braun Strowman which started when he shoved The Monster Among Men inside a garbage truck.

Kane has been a part of all three India tours that took place in 2002, 2016 and the upcoming tour in 2017.

The heart of the matter

Jinder Mahal was released by the WWE in 2014 and made his return in 2016. He then went on to become the WWE Champion by defeating Randy Orton earlier this year.

This comeback story of Jinder has gained a lot of fans, which includes the WWE Legend, Kane as well.

Although Kane is the on-screen rival of Braun Strowman, he only had good things to say about the man known as a Monster Among Men.

Here is an excerpt from the interview:

"His is a great story. He was in the WWE years ago, then left the company. And then really improved both in his wrestling and his body and came back and became a world champion. I think a guy like Jinder Mahal is really what every WWE Superstar should strive to become"

What's next?

Kane is all set to make his comeback to India on 9th December 2017, where he will be taking on Braun Strowman in a grudge match.

Author's take

Kane is one of the most well-liked and respected members of the WWE roster as he always has good things to say about his peers.

Jindal's story is definitely inspirational, and it is a great thing that a veteran like Kane has so much respect for The Modern Day Maharaja.
