WWE News: Kevin Owens' hilarious retort about Shane McMahon's previous Hell In A Cell match

Kev

Kevin Owens has some great observations

What's the story

Kevin Owens is one of the best talkers in WWE and he isn't shy about letting it go on social media. KO has a big Hell In A Cell match coming up against Shane McMahon and The Prizefighter isn't shy about telling fans exactly how he feels about his opponent's last time inside Hell In A Cell.

In case you didn't know

Shane McMahon and Kevin Owens have been going at it for a while now. Shane McMahon was involved in one way or another with the fact Kevin Owens isn't the United States Champion.

It looked like Owens and the SmackDown Live Commissioner were going to butt heads. It was taken to another level when Owens said Shane's kids would have been better off if he would have died in his recent helicopter crash landing. Shane McMahon didn't like that very much so he beat Owens around the ring.

Kevin Owens said he was going to sue WWE so Vince McMahon showed up to tell Owens how that's not going to happen. Instead, Vince McMahon booked a Hell In A Cell match for KO vs Shane-O. Then Vince got his head busted open for his troubles thanks to a stiff headbutt from Kevin Owens.

The heart of the matter

Owens and Shane McMahon look like they're going to have one intense collision at Hell In A Cell. But we shouldn't forget Shane McMahon's last experience inside Hell In A Cell against The Undertaker at WrestleMania 32.

Shane McMahon went for an insane elbow drop off the torturous cell structure onto The Undertaker. At the last moment, The Dead Man moved out of the way and McMahon went crashing through the announce table. Although the table had a nice crash pad under it, the spot was still plenty tremendous.

Kevin Owens wasn't shy with his succinct reply. He called Shane McMahon a "dumb*ss" for jumping off the cell which didn't help him much because he lost the match anyway.

What's next

Kevin Owens might have his hands full at Hell In A Cell, but there's also a very good chance Shane McMahon is going to do something incredibly risky in the process.

These two will have to work on something pretty amazing to top WWE's previous Hell In A Cell matches. But there's a very good chance they'll be able to do some incredible things in Detroit.

Author's take

This will be the first WWE event in the Little Ceaser's Arena in Detroit. They recently closed down the Joe Louis Arena and now fans in Detroit will flock to this new venue to see an incredible PPV.

It's certainly a great way to break in a building, that's for sure. Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon are going to mean business. Hopefully, both of these guys will be able to walk the next day.
