WWE News: Mark Henry gives high praise to Seth Rollins

During the recent episode of Busted Open Radio, WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry opened up regarding his thoughts on current WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins and provided some high praise for ‘The Architect’.
In case you didn’t know…
Earlier this year, at WrestleMania 34, Seth Rollins became a WWE Grand Slam Champion when he successfully captured the WWE Intercontinental Championship for the very first time in his career, following an astonishing triple threat match against then-champion The Miz and Finn Balor.
After winning the IC Title in New Orleans, Rollins successfully went on to defend the championship belt at The Greatest Royal Rumble event in Saudi Arabia as well as in a singles match against Finn Balor, from this week’s edition of Monday Night Raw.
The heart of the matter
As noted, former WWE World Champion Mark Henry gave some high praise to WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins during the very recent edition of Busted Open Radio.
Henry, who made a one-off appearance in the first ever 50-man Royal Rumble match, stated that as of right now, Seth Rollins is truly one of the most exciting guys to watch in today’s Professional Wrestling industry. (H/T: EWrestling)
“Seth Rollins is, right now, for your money, he’s one of the most exciting guys wrestling.”
Additionally, Henry claimed that due to Rollins’ immense amount of in-ring capabilities and work-rate, the former WWE World Champion will slowly and steadily get to the ‘great stratosphere’ and eventually make it beyond the elite level.
“He’s getting into that ‘great’ stratosphere, like beyond elite. He’s becoming—dare I say—Hall Of Fame caliber. He’s going to be one of the best before it’s all said and done with.”
What’s next?
Seth Rollins is currently slated to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against The Miz, later this month at the Backlash pay-per-view at the Prudential Center.
