In case you didn’t know...
Mark Henry lives in Austin, Texas which is just about an hour away from San Antonio. Henry was in attendance for the game and seemed to show his support for the Spurs through his actions.
The heart of the matter
Mark Henry was spotted at game 2 of the San Antonio Spurs vs. the Houston Rockets. The Spurs beat the Rockets 121-96 to tie the series 1-1. However, the most awkward thing happened when the Houston Rockets mascot (a fake one brought out by the Spurs) took out the Spurs’ coyote.
This greatly infuriated Mark Henry who decided not to take action. The “World’s Strongest Man” got up from his seat and proceeded to brutally slam the Clutch mascot with a steel chair, much to the delight of the home crowd.
Henry went on to lift the Spurs mascot to his feet who thanked Henry for having his back.

What’s next?
Watching Mark Henry take down a mascot without any issues really brings back some old memories of the wrestler. Maybe fans can expect to see him back on Monday Night Raw sometime soon.
Author’s take
At the end of the day, seeing Mark Henry beat up someone is a treat to behold. However, what fans really want to see is the “World’s Strongest Athlete” beating up wrestlers and not mascots. Hopefully, the WWE can make that happen sometime soon.
