Matt Hardy spoke about his fandom for ‘The Macho Man’ Randy Savage, and achieving tremendous success in the sport as a Tag Team with his brother Jeff as well as individually. Besides, Matt also spoke about his Great War with Bray Wyatt.

Matt Hardy and his brother Jeff have been competing in the sport of professional wrestling since the 1990s—having garnered the love and respect of both fans & critics the world over.
With Jeff out of action owing to an injury, ‘Woken’ Matt is now involved in a feud with Bray Wyatt.
The heart of the matter
Matt Hardy recalled that Randy Savage was the first guy he was a fan of, and it was the latter who motivated Hardy to have a bigger persona and project on a larger level. Matt added that Savage not only did great character work but was also a great athlete.
Furthermore, Matt explained that when they first started off, he and Jeff simply aimed to make it to WWE and become Tag Team Champions—something they exceeded in quite healthy fashion. Matt continued that even as singles competitors what allows them to have success is that they’re both confident, have their individual characters and really know how to portray said characters. ‘Woken’ Matt also addressed his feud with Bray Wyatt—
“Woken Matt Hardy has something inside of me that I realize has existed for thousands of years, and there's an entity that lies inside Bray Wyatt--Sister Abigail, who is like a demon that goes almost a thousand years back…Myself and what possesses Bray Wyatt have a long history, and it makes for quite an interesting tale. Quite larger than life."
