WWE News: Mr.McMahon keen on bringing John Morrison back to WWE
Over the past couple of months, we have heard over a dozen names who are expected to make a WWE return following the brand split. While some of them, such a Rhyno or Jindar Mahal, have already returned to WWE programming, there are others whose futures are still unclear.
One such name who looks to have a strong chance of coming back is none other than the former WWE star John Morrison. According to Daily Wrestling News, the boss Vince McMahon himself, is interested in bringing back the former Intercontinental Champion.
Reports go as far as saying that Morrison, who currently is working for Lucha Underground, could be back with the company before 2016 ends.
It's notable here that John started his professional wrestling career back in 2002 as a participant of WWE Tough Enough. He made his WWE debut during the March 1 episode of Monday Night Raw back in 2004. During his WWE career, he won the Tag-Team Championships 5 times, while also winning the Intercontinental Champion 3 times.
He left WWE back in 2011 and started working in the independent circuit. In 2014, the former champion from WWE started working with Lucha Underground where he became one the few triple crown champions in the short history of the promotion.
