The first steel cage match was in NXT Takeover: The End, earlier this year, when Samoa Joe defended the NXT Championship, against Finn Balor. The Australian tour will also see the return of a handful of home country talents such as Billie Kay, Peyton Royce, TM-61 (Shane Thorne & Nick Miller) and Buddy Murphy.
The former 3, in particular, have been thriving in NXT, with the two women, beginning to be prominently featured on NXT television after the NXT raid.
Melbourne got a glimpse of NXT last year, at a WWE live event, when Finn Balor defended the NXT Championship against former champion, Neville.
