What's the story?

As per PW Insider, The Peep Show segment on RAW 25th Anniversary was initially planned to take place at the Manhattan Center but later got moved to the Barclays Center.

In case you didn't know...

RAW hosted its 25th-anniversary show from 2 venues-- the Manhattan Center and the Barclays arena. The Manhattan Center was given a retro look which resembled the set of the first ever RAW episode which took place in 1993.

A lot of WWE Legends made an appearance on this special edition of RAW which included The Undertaker, D-X, Dudley Boys, Christian, Eric Bischoff, Jeff Hardy, MVP, Ted Dibiase and even Stone Cold.

The show switched between the venues with most of the action taking place from the Barclays Center which resulted in the fans at the Manhattan Center becoming furious.

The heart of the matter

Christian had started his talk show called the "Peep Show" around 2004 before leaving WWE for TNA in 2005.

He returned to the company in 2009 and stayed with the company till 2016 hosting multiple editions of the Peep Show during that time.

The latest edition of his show took place on the 25th RAW anniversary at the Barclays Center. According to PW Insider, the initial plan was to have this segment featuring Christian, Seth Rollins, Jason Jordan and the Bar take place at the Manhattan Center but WWE later changed their plans.

What's next?

After the poor response received by the 25th-anniversary show, WWE is looking to make a mark with the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV which takes place on 28th January 2018.

Author's take

It would actually have been a better idea to have the Peep Show segment at the Manhattan Center as the crowd over there was furious because of a lack of good matches or promos over there.
