WWE News: Paige threatens Tampa's airport security
Paige underwent a neck surgery this past Wednesday. Naturally, after such a grueling surgery for long-term recovery, it is not easy to deal with the physical incapabilities for a while. She took a flight from Tampa after the surgery with Dr. Uribe yesterday and posted the following regarding an airport incident, threatening to kick their a**.
Tampa airport. I just had neck surgery. I can't raise my hands about my head for screening. Don't cuss me out I will still kick your ass.

Interestingly enough, WWE doctors themselves did not approve of Paige having the surgery. Why they didn’t is unknown to everyone but the parties involved. However, Paige decided to go through with it anyway, and perhaps it was the best thing to do as, despite the fact that the surgery will keep her out for six to nine months, she will fully recover from the nagging neck injuries that she has had.
But the fact of the matter is that since the WWE doctors did not approve of the surgery, they will not be paying for the surgery like they normally would.
Paige has made the headlines for the past many months, primarily due to her relationship with former WWE superstar Alberto Del Rio. The news between them blew up last week when she proposed to him at a show in the middle of the ring. Alberto happily accepted and the couple are now engaged.
Paige is currently serving a 60-day suspension after she had reportedly taken painkillers that were not prescribed by WWE doctors. With Paige’s backlash on social media, WWE did what they rarely ever do, and that is to hit back at the anti-diva when they sent a report to the New York Post stating that she had taken illegal drugs.
Paige posted a graphic video on Instagram of the surgery she underwent, where they found a hernia disc:.
Dr Uribe is one of the best Drs out there. (The video got more graphic but I cut it short.) he saw me, saw how bad my neck has become and fixed me without question, straight away. He not only worked miracle on my neck but he arranged private rooms, private X-rays in my room and private waiting rooms to make me feel comfortable. The hernia ended up being bigger than expected but he fixed it up and put 3 screws in my neck, straightened it and surprisingly straight after the operation table I was feeling great. So thank you with all my heart Dr Uribe for what you have done for me and thank you for everything you've done with Alberto. You're making this day so much easier for both of us. You're a good man.
