WWE News: Randy Orton talks about facing Brock Lesnar
Before his much-awaited return, "The Viper" Randy Orton appeared on the latest episode of "Heated Conversations" podcast of WWE Hall of Famer Booker T.
As expected, Orton was asked about his upcoming match with 'The Beast' Brock Lesnar. Orton said that it's a very big match for him and he smiled when he got the news about his SummerSlam opponent. The former world champion said that he knows no one is stronger, quicker and more powerful than Lesnar but said that he has had more matches than Brock and he'll use that experience against the beast.
Randy also recalled how he and Brock trained in the original OVW together and said that he is glad that Lesnar came back to WWE claiming that he always wanted this match. Along with this Orton also talked about the 'New Era' of WWE saying that it's an accomplishment for him to have such lengthy career in WWE because guys like AJ Styles and Kevin Owens have been wrestling as long as him.
Randy who has been sidelined due to a shoulder injury since last October is expected to make his return soon in August and he is currently being advertised for the August 13th WWE Live Event from Hidalgo.
