WWE News: Referee injured during backstage brawl
The RAW after WWE Fastlane pay per view saw the return of Triple H. The WWE World Heavyweight Champion came out and took down the #1 contender Roman Reigns after his match with Sheamus. A brawl broke out between the two, where Roman ended up bleeding profusely after the vicious attack by HHH. It was reported that Roman underwent a nose surgery due to that brawl.

This past week on RAW, Roman made his return, just after Triple H defeated Dolph Ziggler. Again a brawl broke out between the wrestlers who will headline this year’s WrestleMania. Unlike their last brawl, Roman gained the upper hand and the Game had to suffer. The two brawled all over the place, and it finally ended backstage when the Usos, Jack Swagger and Mark Henry stopped Roman from further attacking HHH, who was already bleeding.
Allwrestlingnews.inc reports that during this fight, WWE referee Dan Engler suffered from an injury. He was hit by a production case which was thrown by HHH towards Roman. Dan received stitches and sutures in his ankle after that incident.
