WWE News: Ric Flair talks Charlotte-Sasha Banks feud, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton being the best tag team

Flair referred to Randy Orton as one of the top two performers in the WWE

Legendary WWE superstar Ric Flair engaged in a Q&A session on the latest episode of The Ric Flair Show. During the session, Flair spoke about his daughter, Charlotte, and her feud with Raw Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks and also praised the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton.

'The Nature Boy' referred to the longtime rivalry between Banks and Charlotte as the hottest feud in the WWE in a while, irrespective of the division. He claimed that the two of them deserve the recognition that they have received so far as they have worked hard for it.

Here’s what Flair had to say:

“I'm confident that she'll regain the title. On that, I will say this: she and Sasha are the hottest item in professional wrestling, male or female. It's the hottest feud that I've seen in a long time. And God bless both of them. They deserve the recognition. They certainly put in the work.”

Ric Flair also appeared to be very impressed with the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions, the new Wyatt Family. According to him, the duo of Orton and Wyatt is easily the finest tag team in the pro-wrestling business at present and to add to it, they also excel as individual performers.

‘The Dirtiest Player In The Game’ appreciated the two superstars by stating:

The team I really like was Bray Wyatt and Randy Orton. Well, I think it's something people didn't expect to see happen. I think it's refreshing. I think it's new. I think Bray is a phenomenal talent. I think Randy is one of the top two performers in the business, so it's great for business. It's great for them. They definitely are the best tag team in the business right now.

Flair was asked about which current WWE superstar he would like to compete against if he had to fight one last match. While admitting that it would take him almost three months just to prepare for the match, he claimed that he would love to take on Seth Rollins, U.S. champion Roman Reigns or John Cena.

“Well, there are a couple of guys I'd like to work with. It would take me three months to get ready for it. I would love to wrestle Roman, Seth, or John Cena,” said the 16-time WWE world champion.
