WWE News: Seth Rollins talks about his WWE World Championship match at MITB
Former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins sat down for the weekly storyline interview with Michael Cole this week and talked about various things including his knee injury and upcoming match at Money In The Bank. Here are the highlights of the interview -
-Cole asked about Seth Rollins' Knee injury and if his knee is 'ready to go' for his upcoming match, to which Rollins replied that his knee is completely ready to go and he wouldn't be here if it wasn't. It's notable here that Seth hasn't competed in any televised match since his return, although he has been a part of several matches at different WWE Live Events.
- Rollins talked about The Shield's breakup and he said that it doesn't bother him and he doesn't even know why it should, Seth pointed out that he took a risk no one else was willing to take and it put him right where he wanted. He says that to be the greatest, one has to make sacrifices which others won't.
-Cole asked if 'The Architect' is afraid of the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns as he has always attacked him from the back, to which Rollins replied that it's a strategy and he has always been 2 steps ahead of him. He mentions that Reigns has never beat him, so there is no reason to be afraid of him.
-When Michael Cole asked about a potential Money in the Bank cash-in on the same night of the event, Rollins replied that it would a be a stupid move to do so on the winner's part as after the rough ladder match, the winner will be in no condition to stick his nose in the championship match.
Along with this Rollins also said that he has thought about nothing but getting his title back during the 7 months when he was recovering. Seth Rollins is scheduled to face WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns for the WWE title this Sunday at the Money In The Bank PPV.
