"It wouldn't stun me, but guys never retire, especially when they can still go. And [AJ Styles] can still go," Dave Meltzer said.

Angle was recently asked about a possible return to the squared circle to face John Cena during his retirement tour. However, he made it clear that his days as a pro wrestler are behind him:
"Listen, I'm sure if I made a call, I could make it happen. But there's no way I can do it. But I would love to, you know, be one of John Cena's retirement matches," Angle said.
Kurt Angle was John Cena's first opponent in WWE. The Olympian hung up his boots in 2019 after losing to Baron Corbin at WrestleMania 35.
