WWE News Roundup: Spoiler on legendary former champion's return; Paul Heyman to manage non-Bloodline star? Triple H makes blockbuster announcement

Welcome to the latest edition of Sportskeeda Wrestling's WWE News Roundup. Today features some big names, including a huge announcement regarding SmackDown's premiere on the USA Network.

Stories involving Paul Heyman and AJ Lee will also be featured. So, without further ado, let's get into today's roundup. However, we start with some sad news.

#1. Former WWE wrestler Mike Taylor passes away

The untimely demise of former developmental star Mike Taylor has rocked the wrestling world. He passed away at only 47 years old.

Taylor wrestled for WWE's Ohio Valley Wrestling and Deep South Wrestling territories in 2006. He wrestled elsewhere and was respected by his peers in the wrestling business. Many big names have reacted to Mike Taylor's tragic passing, including Adam Pearce and Matt Cardona among others.

#2. Jade Cargill on a potential alliance with Paul Heyman

Jade Cargill is currently one-half of the Women's Tag Team Champions with Bianca Belair, but she recently reacted to the possibility of another huge alliance.

A fan tweeted an edited photo of The Storm alongside Paul Heyman, asking what she thought about working with The Wiseman. Cargill simply responded with a two-word message: "I'd cry."

This came after Jade Cargill sent a heartfelt birthday wish to Heyman. The legendary manager is currently expected to return as part of the Bloodline saga, but an alliance with a couple of female stars down the line isn't out of the question.

#3. AJ Lee names her favorite WWE Superstars

Fans have been clamoring for AJ Lee's return, especially after her name was part of the bracelet in CM Punk's feud with Drew McIntyre.

However, she doesn't seem to care about the entire ordeal. Lee spoke about it during an interview with ComicBook.com to promote her new comic book series. So, while AJ doesn't follow her husband's storyline, she does keep tabs on what Bayley and Naomi are doing.

AJ Lee has worked opposite both Naomi and Bayley before, remaining friends with the two of them.

#4. Seth Rollins' return is accidentally spoiled

Seth Rollins hasn't been on RAW since two nights after SummerSlam, where Bronson Reed viciously attacked him. The Visionary was written off due to some injury issues, with no word on when he would return. However, we now seem to have an answer to that question.

WWE is seemingly advertising Rollins for the December 2, episode of RAW, which is two days after Survivor Series.

This might mean that the former World Heavyweight Champion will be back ahead of the November show. Either way, it seems like Seth Rollins is returning before the end of the year.

Ahead of tonight's return to the USA Network for SmackDown, Triple H made a huge announcement regarding the biggest match on the show. The Game revealed that Cody Rhodes' Steel Cage Match against Solo Sikoa will kick off the episode.

The American Nightmare's Undisputed WWE Championship is on the line, with the new Tribal Chief getting a second shot at glory. It remains to be seen if Solo will be successful in dethroning Rhodes on SmackDown. Triple H also teased a huge moment for the end of the show in his announcement tweet.
