WWE News & Rumor Roundup: Update on absent Bloodline member, Paul Heyman to move on from Roman Reigns?
We are back with another exciting edition of WWE News and Rumor Roundup. Today's list looks at backstage reports relaying important updates surrounding The Bloodline. Additionally, a RAW Superstar opened up about different things on a personal and professional level.
Here, we look at the biggest news and rumors that dominated WWE headlines over the last 24 hours. So, without further ado, let's begin.
#1 Update on WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso amid recent injury concerns
Jimmy Uso last appeared on the SmackDown after WrestleMania, where he was subjected to a brutal attack by Solo Sikoa in the latter's first act as The Tribal Chief. Fans have missed Jimmy in action on the blue brand, especially since Roman Reigns returned to face the Solo Sikoa-run Bloodline alone.
Hall of Famer Rikishi left fans concerned when he shared a post asking God to help his son, Jimmy Uso.
Many had hoped Jimmy Uso's injury wasn't serious, and the latest backstage reports have suggested that is true. The former Bloodline member is seemingly fine, and those backstage did not divulge further details about why Rikishi shared such a message.
#2 Reason why Bronson Reed attacked WWE fan on RAW
The latest episode of RAW saw Bronson Reed throw a fan in the audience at Braun Strowman while they were competing in the main event. The red brand's general manager, Adam Pearce, was forced to intervene as their backstage brawl damaged WWE property.
Reed recently took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to justify his attack involving the fan. The latter wore a Jey Uso shirt with "Yeet" written across the front, which seemingly irked the RAW star to pull him over the barricade and launch him at Strowman.
#3 Paul Heyman could return to WWE with a new client
Roman Reigns is back on WWE television, but he stands alone against The Bloodline. Fans hope former Bloodline members, including Paul Heyman, will soon return to aid The Original Tribal Chief against the Solo Sikoa-run faction. However, the latest reports have shockingly suggested that Heyman could return with a new client, The Rock.
The Great One has a storied history with The Blooldine and was instrumental in Cody Rhodes finishing his story against Roman Reigns. The Rock could return to feud with the superstar, and a potential alliance with Heyman was one of the ideas discussed backstage.
Roman Reigns returned on SmackDown's season premiere and saved Cody Rhodes from The Bloodline. The Original Tribal Chief is now set to join forces with The American Nightmare to take on Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu in a tag team match at WWE Bad Blood.
#4 Rhea Ripley shares massive advice
A fan recently asked former WWE champion Rhea Ripley for advice ahead of pursuing a career in pro wrestling. Mami graced the question with a detailed answer about how one must "stay out of bulls**t" to thrive in the business.
"Remember to stay out of the bulls**t in wrestling. There's drama everywhere, people that want you to fail, always something going on. The biggest advice I could probably give is (...) just don't get sucked into it. You know you and the route you want to take, make sure you stick to that, ignore everything else. People will try and 'help' you but they're really trying to drag you down so you don't do better than them. Stay out of all that stuff, go to training, put your head down, learn, do the shows, take a bit of criticism here and there, but obviously [not everything] because people contradict each other. Do what is best for you," Rhea Ripley said.
The former Women's World Champion is set to challenge Liv Morgan for the said title at Bad Blood, hoping to reclaim her gold and potentially get her revenge on Dominik Mysterio. Interestingly, she and Damian Priest have found an interesting new ally in Jey Uso on WWE RAW, who has been helping The Terror Twins against The Judgment Day.
