WWE News: Sasha Banks shares incredible video featuring her 16-year old self
What's the story?
WWE Superstar Sasha Banks recently posted a video on her official Instagram handle featuring her 16-year old self.
The video shows a teenage Banks watching a Dragon Gate match between Kenta and Naruki Doi.
In case you didn't know...
It has been a long while since Sasha Banks disappeared from WWE TV. "The Boss" lost the Women's Tag Team Championship to The IIconics at WrestleMania 35 and reportedly was furious over losing the same.
Ever since then, Banks has been posting occasional cryptic messages on her social media handles. It was reported that Vince McMahon had advised backstage officials to not tend to Banks' demands.
Recently, Banks traveled to Japan and trained with a bunch of wrestlers for around a week.

The heart of the matter
It is no secret that Sasha Banks is one of the most talented women on the WWE roster, and was deemed by many as the cornerstone of the Women's Revolution alongside Charlotte Flair, with both of them going on to compete for the Raw Women's Championship in the first-ever Women's Hell in a Cell match.
Banks recently posted a throwback video from when she was a teen. The grainy video shows a 16/17-year old Sasha watching a wrestling match on Youtube. The match in question is Kenta vs Naruki Doi from Dragon Gate.
Banks can be seen talking about wanting to become the greatest women's wrestler of all time, and that how it's been her goal since day 1. Banks then points to the match being played on Youtube. The video ends with Sasha saying that she wants to be better than that.
What's next?
Sasha Banks' supposed return is still up in the air. Hopefully, she comes back soon and gets back to the top of the women's division, something she helped build.
