WWE News: Seth Rollins reveals that his knee injury was a Level 2 MCL Tear
What's the story?
On the 1st of April, Seth Rollins participated in an interview with Raute Musik and revealed that his knee injury was just a Level 2 MCL tear and nothing worse.
In case you didn't know...
On the February 1 edition of Monday Night RAW, Seth Rollins injured his right knee during a physical altercation with Samoa Joe. Rollins previously injured his knee back in November during a house show in Dublin, Ireland.
The heart of the matter
After the event, Rollins was seen leaving the arena on crutches. On the February 27 edition of RAW, Rollins explained his knee injury to the WWE Universe and announced that he was going to be at WrestleMania.
On the subsequent episodes of RAW, Triple H warned Rollins not to show up at WrestleMania. He also informed the WWE Universe, that no physician was going to clear Rollins for WrestleMania. However, on the March 13 edition of the flagship show, Rollins returned and assaulted Triple H.
What's next?
Seth Rollins will walk down the narrow ramp at WrestleMania, to face Triple H in a Non-Sanctioned Match. In a non-sanctioned match, the WWE claims no responsibility for the participants. It is essentially a no-holds-barred match, wherein anything goes.
Author's Take
Although Rollins returned and attacked Triple H on RAW, he was immediately assaulted by The Game. Triple H viciously attacked Rollins' repaired knee, thus raising the question whether tonight Rollins will be at 100% or not.
