Former WWE, WCW and TNA Superstar Sting will be appearing on 'Icons of Wrestling & Comic Book Collectorfest' at September 17th. The event will be held at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia. Despite his extra long wrestling career, it will be the first time when the former WCW star will step foot inside this world famous arena.

The event will run from 9am to 3pm and the former 'Icon' of WCW will be headlining the show. Fans attending the event are advised to keep cash with them as they will have to pay for an admission ticket and at every counter separately. It's notable that Sting announced his retirement from active wrestling earlier this year at WWE's Hall of Fame ceremony after he suffered a neck injury in his match against the then-WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins at Night of Champions.

Sting has maintained a rather low profile after his retirement and this might be the first time he is venturing out for an event.
