What's the story?

The upcoming WWE RAW episode, which takes place from the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut is going to be interesting as a number of important matches are scheduled to take place.

A report from WrestlingInc claims that we will also see the first of the Superstar Shake-up, which should see a number of stars move from RAW to SmackDown Live.

In case you didn't know...

It was announced last week on RAW that the WWE would carry out a Superstar Shake-up. The big story that could come out of the Shake-up is that some titles would be swapped, which would have major repercussions for both brands.

The heart of the matter

Apart from the note on the Shake-up the report also added that Bayley and Sasha Banks would be facing off against one another to iron out the issues between the “best friends”.

Further, we would see an interesting match with Bray Wyatt and Matt Hardy teaming up to face The Revival.

The winners of that tag team clash would go on to face Cesaro and Sheamus at the Greatest Royal Rumble Event for the RAW Tag Team Titles on 27 April.

We should also learn more about Bobby Lashley’s return after last week’s attack on Elias. Another big story would be around Ronda Rousey and if she would be bearing the brunt of Triple H after the attack on Stephanie McMahon last week.

And finally, Roman Reigns might just get to face Samoa Joe ahead of their clash at Backlash as Joe had stated last week.

What's next?

It certainly is going to be an interesting RAW, to say the least, and all we now have to do is wait and see just what transpires on this week’s episode.

Author's take

The Shake-up is certainly going to be the talk of RAW and SmackDown Live hopefully, with some big names moving around and mixing things up.

What would be really interesting is to see how Rousey is dealt with, after her brutal attack last week and where the WWE does go with the returning Lashley.
