WWE News: Superstars help distribute emergency response kits in Houston
What's the story?
WWE Superstars do way more than just keep their bodies in top physical condition and perform in the ring. They are also ambassadors for the company and heroes for a lot of people. Braun Strowman, Matt Hardy, and Nia Jax might be plenty busy in the ring but these three popular WWE Superstars took time out of their schedules to hand out some emergency response kits with AmeriCares while in Houston.
In case you didn't know...
The city of Houston just witnesses an exciting week of pro wrestling action with NXT TakeOver: WarGames, Survivor Series, RAW, and SmackDown Live but the city is still recovering in many ways from the recent devastating events of Hurricane Harvey.
The heart of the matter
Even though some WWE Superstars might not be on the same page in the ring there's no shortage of charitable effort in anyone. Braun Strowman, Nia Jax, Matt Hardy, and Enzo Amore were more than happy to hang out and help all they could to distribute these much-needed resources to help AmeriCares.
It was a day where plenty of people were smiling and they were more than happy to see these popular superstars. But the message and materials they helped provide could be extremely beneficial in a time of need.
What's next?
As WWE carries on they won't stop in this kind of activity at all. Not only is it great on a public relations front, but it also helps them create strong ties with the communities they entertain.
Author's take
I never get tired seeing things like this. Although WWE keeps their Superstars extremely busy there is always time for them to lend a helping hand. Whether it is granting a Make-A-Wish or passing out useful materials, WWE Superstars will always make themselves available to help out however they can.
