WWE News: Superstars react to The Miz and Maryse's big announcement
What's the story?
Maryse broke the news on Monday Night Raw that she and The Miz were expecting a baby. This news came as quite a surprise, but several WWE Superstars have already started to shower the couple with congratulations.
In case you didn't know...
The Miz and Maryse met in WWE and were married in 2014. Since then they've been living a great life. The Miz has filmed movies, won championships and travelled the world with the loving support of Maryse. Now it looks like it's time for the happy couple to take their journey to the next level.
Maryse is a featured cast member on Total Divas so this pregnancy will most likely become fodder for the reality television show. WWE's It Couple have been heavily highlighted on the show since Maryse became a member of the cast.
Now fans will get to go on another adventure with The Miz and Maryse as they start the journey into parenthood.
The heart of the matter
The WWE Universe is like a family therefore when someone has great news like this there is usually an outpouring of congratulations.
It's been rumoured Maryse isn't really pregnant and it's all for the show, but there seems to be more evidence to believe it's really happening than not. Then again, WWE has worked us before so who really knows until the ultrasounds come out.
Many WWE Superstars from Charlotte Flair to Nia Jax wanted to congratulate the happy couple and took to social media to do so.
What's next?
This Miz and Maryse will carry on as usual until the ring is deemed too dangerous of a place for her to hang out. She might just stand at ringside, but you never know what can happen in WWE.
With the unpredictability of the WWE Universe, it might be best for Maryse to soon find herself out of harm's way entirely until she gives birth.

If this is a real pregnancy, which by all accounts it seems to be then congratulations to The Miz and Maryse. They will undoubtedly be great parents and their offspring will not only enjoy the benefits of all their hard work and success, but fans very well might be treated to seeing The Miz and Maryse's son or daughter in the ring someday.
After all, when the time comes if The Miz's kid wants to become a pro wrestler he probably has a few phone numbers he could call to move that along.
