WWE News: The Dudley Boyz' first match after leaving WWE announced

Back to what they do best!

The Dudley Boyz first  post-WWE appearance has been announced. Pro-Wrestling’s most decorated tag team of all time are scheduled to make an appearance at the upcoming Fear & Loathing IX event on Sunday, November 20th at the SSE Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. They will face the winner of The Local Fire (Joe Hendry and Davey Boy) versus Polo Promotions (Jackie Polo and Mark Coffey), which will take place on September 11th at The Garage in Glasgow, for the ICW Tag Team Championships.

One of the biggest moments from last week was when the Dudley Boyz announced their retirement from the WWE. When the retirement speech went on, the decorated duos were interrupted by the shining stars, but Bubba and D-Von quickly dispatched of the Puerto Ricans, performing their trademark 3D finisher on Epico.

The Dudley Boyz were just about to throw their foes through a table when they were jumped by Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows. The team known as the club laid out the departing pair with a Magic Killer.

As it’s said, the Dudley Boyz got to go out on their own terms, something that very few superstars in the company tend to do. They also went on to put their backs, helping Anderson and Gallows cement themselves as a destructive heel tag team under the Raw brand.

The duo rejoined WWE, a year ago  with hopes of winning a 10th tag team championship title. After failing to topple the WWE tag team champions The New Day on several occasions, Bubba Ray and D-Von were unable to right the ship once again in their SummerSlam match against Sami Zayn & Neville. But it seems they enjoyed their time in WWE despite not ultimately winning the title.

The decorated duo have been together for more than 20 years and it’s unsure where they end up next following their retirement speech on Monday. However, the retirement didn’t last too long after Insane Championship Wrestling announced the news last night, that the Dudley Boyz will be making their post-WWE appearance at the promotion’s Fear And Loathing IX event in November.
