WWE News: Top SmackDown star coming to Raw to face Seth Rollins
What's the story?
Earlier in the week, WWE officially confirmed that one half of the current SmackDown Live Tag Team Champions, Daniel Bryan will be making his return to Raw as part of the Wildcard Rule.
WWE has now announced Bryan's opponent for tonight's episode of Monday Night Raw on various social media platforms and it will be none other than the Universal Champion Seth Rollins.
In case you didn't know...
At WrestleMania 35, Daniel Bryan lost the WWE Championship to Kofi Kingston in what will certainly go down as one of the best matches' of the year. In the aftermath to 'Mania 35, Bryan was reportedly sidelined due to an undisclosed injury but eventually made his return to in-ring competition on the 6th of May when he competed in his first match on Raw since March of 2015.
In his first match back on the red brand in almost four years, Bryan lost the WWE Title rematch against Kingston but the very next day made up for it when he and Erick Rowan returned to SmackDown Live and captured the vacant SmackDown Live Tag Team Championships.

With Daniel Bryan now set to make his return to Raw tonight, WWE has confirmed a huge Champion vs Champion match for tonight's show featuring Daniel Bryan and Seth Rollins.
Just a week prior to the Stomping Grounds pay-per-view, current Universal Champion, Seth Rollins now has a huge task ahead of himself, as 'The Beast Slayer' will be sharing the ring with The Planet's Champion, Daniel Bryan once again.
What's next?
In six days time, Universal Champion, Seth Rollins will be making his second title defense at the Stomping Grounds as he is all set to put his title on the line against Baron Corbin in a singles match with a special guest referee of The Constable's choosing.
