Triple H put over three talented young women, following Clash of Champions

What's the story?

Even when they come to the main roster, Triple H still has the utmost respect and fondness for talent hailing from NXT. He's proud to be an integral part of their journey and lets it be known through social media posts.

Following WWE Clash of Champions, Triple H posted a picture with the Riott Squad. He also congratulated them on their pay-per-view debut with a very inspiring message.

In case you didn't know...

The Riott Squad, comprising Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan are a trio that has terrorized SmackDown Live in the recent past. Hailing from NXT, they are a mirror image of Absolution from RAW, with a goth leader, blonde bombshell and tough chick.

While they did not wrestle at Clash of Champions, they were involved in the Charlotte Flair vs. Natalya match as lumberjacks. One can only assume that their role will become incrementally more important in the weeks that follow.

The heart of the matter

Not only did Triple H congratulate the trio on making an impact on the main roster, he urged them to remember their roots. The fact that they all found their footing in NXT, and have ascended to the top of sports entertainment, was highlighted through his message.

Next, he asked The Riott Squad to never stop working until they are where they want to be. The post was capped off with the trademark 'We are NXT' slogan.

What's next?

The Riott Squad should play an important role in the coming months. Aside from Natalya, they are the top heels in the SmackDown Live Women's Division. Don't forget that they took Becky Lynch out and the Irish Lass Kicker has a score to settle with them.

Author's take

Triple H may be known as the man with the shovel among the IWC, but he's actually a mentor and guide to many young talents. He never misses a chance to put stars from NXT over, if he's been involved in their growth.

This was one of many class acts from the King of Kings.
