WWE News: What did Kurt Angle do after RAW went off the air?
What's the story?
Kurt Angle has been a mainstay in pro wrestling for two decades at this point. Even if he wasn't in WWE the entire time, the fans have meant a lot to him and vice versa.
After Raw went off the air, The Olympic Hero came down to the ring to address the crowd and give a thankful message. He opened up in a way we rarely get to see from him.
In case you didn't know...
Although he isn't immune to pitfalls, Kurt Angle is now on the top of the world. He's experiencing a second wind in WWE and seems to really be enjoying himself. One thing is certain, the WWE Universe certainly enjoys having Kurt Angle back.
The heart of the matter...
There was no dark match after Raw ended this week. Kurt Angle had the opportunity to come down and address the crowd. He started by saying he hoped everyone had a good Thanksgiving holiday and then proceeded to list everything he was thankful for in the process.
He said he was thankful for several things including The Shield and how the WWE Universe treated him like he never left. It was a really cool moment that Kurt Angle was allowed to enjoy in the ring.
What's next?
As time goes on hopefully, Kurt Angle will be allowed to show more gratitude as he entertains the millions once more. After all, since his return to action at TLC, it seems to have opened up a huge door for Angle in regards to what he's able to do at this point in his Hall Of Fame career.
Author's take
It's moments like this that really show you how Kurt Angle not only cares about what he does but also cares about the fans too.
I just find it a tad interesting that when he was listing off the members of his family he is thankful for he didn't explicitly mention Jason Jordan.
