WWE News: When is Brock Lesnar returning to WWE programming?
It’s not entirely a challenge to say which is more impactful – Brock Lesnar’s presence or his absence. The Beast was last seen at WrestleMania 32 in a Street Fight against Dean Ambrose that in all honesty, was underwhelming.
So after demolishing the Ambrose Asylum and his credibility, Lesnar has returned to elusivity. To answer the question that’s never asked but always lingering, the WWE’s second- highest paid performer isn’t expected to appear on air until August.
A big match at WWE’s penultimate PPV of the year is what officials have in store for the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion, according to wrestlinginc.com. His opponent for the feud is as yet undecided, but Bray Wyatt is a frontrunner.
The Eater of Worlds is recovering from a calf injury he sustained against Roman Reigns at a live show in Italy last month but is expected back in June. The mouth-watering feud that sparked between Lesnar and him leading upto the Royal Rumble was doused frustratingly soon but backstage talk of it being reprised later during the year surfaced quickly.
Vince McMahon hopes for Braun Strowman to feud with Lesnar are long becalmed after the poor reception the Black Sheep of the Wyatts has suffered. So it’s more than likely that Bray will be the one to stand across the ring from Lesnar in the feud. Lesnar will face Kevin Owens at a WWE Live Event in Hawaii in June.
