WWE News: WWE stable finally breaks up
The League of Nations stable was formed back in December, last year. Unfortunately, the group couldn’t attract positive reviews from the fans or critics. WWE officials messed up the plans with the League and the end of the stable was inevitable. On the RAW after WrestleMania 32, Barrett was kicked out of the stable and it marked the beginning of the end of the League of Nations.
All this build up indicated that the end of the Nations will be sooner than expected. According to wrestlinginc.com, during the recent Smackdown tapings, Del Rio and Rusev walked out on Sheamus during a six man tag match against Sami Zayn, Kalisto and Cesaro, marking the end of League of Nations.
The faces won via count out. A backstage argument ended with Sheamus exploding that he didn’t need any help. Also, it is to be noted that Lana is rumored to be back with Rusev on TV full time.
Their last scheduled rivalry was supposed to be with the Wyatt Family, but with Bray Wyatt getting injured, plans had to be changed. League of Nations member and former WWE Champion, Alberto Del Rio in a recent interview, said, "Actually we will not do anything else with The Wyatt Family because there are so many injuries within the company. We as a group have never worked very well, so we decided that it is better to separate."
