What's the story?

WWE Superstar Lacey Evans recently appeared on Lilian Garcia's podcast, and talked in depth on a variety of topics.

Evans stated that she never had time to watch WWE or anything else on TV, because of her strict schedule.

In case you didn't know...

Lacey Evans is one of several NXT Superstars that WWE called up to the main roster recently. She made her debut on an episode of "Moment of Bliss", berating Alexa Bliss as well as the fans, and referring to them as 'Nasties'.

Evans was the first entrant in this year's Women's Royal Rumble. Ever since the PPV, she has been making appearances on both brands, interrupting matches and segments right and left.

Lacey was rumored to face Asuka at WrestleMania 35, but the plans were scrapped.

The heart of the matter

Lacey Evans talked to Garcia about her life as a child, and how she never had time to watch TV shows.

To be honest with you, when you hear stories about people who grow up watching pro wrestling, WWE, they talk about sitting with their grandparents watching wrestling as a kid. I didn't have a life like that so I can't vision it. My life is very serious - I didn't have time for fantasy. I never watched movies, TV or anything else from a young age that I can remember. It was always strict and business. I went to school. I was in sports. I went to work. I came home. I joined the military so there wasn't any time.

What's next?

Reports state that Vince McMahon is high on Lacey Evans and she is slated for a big push once WrestleMania 35 is done and dusted with.
