WWE NXT Halloween Havoc 2024 Results: Hall of Famer saves top champ; huge title change; shocking return

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc kicked off with a video narrated by Gigi Dolin talking about the upcoming matches. The first match of the night was the Tables, Ladders, and Scares match between Tony D'Angelo and Oba Femi, and we headed for it right away.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results: Tony D'Angelo (c) vs. Oba Femi - Tables, Ladders, and Scares match for the NXT North American Championship

D'Angelo attacked Femi before the bell, and the latter was sent to the floor before coming back with a knee strike and an uppercut. Oba was sent into the ringpost before Tony sent him over the barricades. In the ring, Tony D took a chokeslam on a steel chair. Oba brought a ladder out and the champ was slammed onto it.

Oba sent Tony through the ladder in the corner before attacking him with a crowbar, but the champ used a table to protect himself. Oba got a big boot and choked him with the weapon before Tony countered the powerbomb into a back-body drop. Tony came back with a steel chair and hit a suplex on it before getting the spinebuster.

Femi tied the champ to the ring post with zip ties before Luca and Stacks interfered and got taken down by Oba. Rizzo tried to free the champ, but Oba chased her off. D'Angelo managed to free himself and hit a big suicide spear through a ladder before tossing Femi into the ring.

Tony kicked out of a powerbomb before Luca and Stacks came in with the Shatter Machine on Oba. The champ put Femi through a table with a spinebuster before getting the win.

Lexis King was backstage and said he was still looking for someone to be in his corner for the Heritage Cup match. William Regal showed up and said that he would take the spot and that he appreciated what King was doing.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results: Giulia & Stephanie Vaquer vs. Roxanne Perez & Cora Jade

Vaquer and Cora Jade kicked off the match and Giulia and Perez were tagged in early on with the heels in control of the match. Perez took a bulldog and some double-team moves before Jade broke up the pin. Jade took some double-team moves before she and Perez came back with some cheap shots and took back control of the match.

Jade was sent outside before Perez and Giulia took each other out in the ring. Vaquer came in with a big crossbody before she got the dragon screw on Perez before Perez hit a big dive to the outside, and Cora Jade hit the coffin drop over the ropes.

Back inside the ring, Perez got an avalanche Frankensteiner before Jade came in with a big senton but failed to get the pin. Giulia missed the Northern Lights Bomb before getting the Saito Suplex. Tags were made, and Perez took the Butterfly Superplex before Vaquer hit the corkscrew moonsault for the win.

Cedric Alexander and Je'Von Evans were backstage when the latter asked Cedric if he should have slapped Nathan Frazer. Alexander said that he wouldn't have before Je'Von said that they should challenge for the tag titles together.

Bubba Ray Dudley and Dave LaGreca were in the crowd and recapped the show before talking about the upcoming ambulance match between Ridge Holland and Andre Chase.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results: Andre Chase vs. Ridge Holland - Ambulance Match

Andre Chase was dressed like Freddy Kruger and got a big boot early on before sending Ridge Holland outside for a big dive. Holland smacked Chase's head on the apron and tossed him over the barricades but Andre came back with a big forearm before they headed to the entrance ramp where the ambulance was waiting.

Chase was sent into the back of the ambulance but came back with a fire extinguisher and sprayed it at Ridge's face before the latter got a big suplex. Andre was dropped on the stretcher before Ridge sent him into the ring and hit him with a kendo stick. Chase dropped Holland on a steel chair before hitting him with the Kendo stick and the chair.

Back outside the ring, Holland got a big slam before ripping the padding off the floor. Andre countered the slam and dropped him on the concrete before running into him with the stretcher. Chase cleared the announce desk but was dropped on the apron before countering the Redeemer and hitting a DDT on the announce desk.

Andre hit a big dive from on top of the ambulance before he sent Ridge into the back but failed to shut the door. Chase took the ambulance door to the face and the Redeemer on the floor before he was sent into the back. Ridge shut the door for the win.

Backstage at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc, Ava announced that Dawn Marie will be returning as a special guest referee for Lola Vice vs. Jaida Parker.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results: Kelani Jordan (c) vs. Fatal Influence - Gauntlet Match for the NXT Women's North American Championship

Jazmyn Nyx was in first and was sent outside and took a big dive to the floor before heading back to the ring. Jordan took a big takedown and some kicks before Jordan managed to come back with a penalty kick and hit the moonsault in the ring for the first pinfall.

Jacy Jayne was in next and took some dives right away before coming back with some strikes and a submission hold in the ring. Jordan tried for a takedown but was hit with a neckbreaker before rolling Jayne up and getting the bridging pin for the win.

Jayne took Jordan out with a big move after being pinned before Fallon Henley came in and tried to capitalize with a pin attempt. Jordan kicked out and Henley slammed her into the mat before getting another near-fall off a running forearm. We got a double reversal from Jordan into a vertical suplex before they took each other out with clotheslines.

Henley came back with a neckbreaker from the ropes for another near-fall before Jordan got the moonsault and Jazmyn Nyx interrupted the pin attempt. Jacy Jayne interrupted next and caused Jordan to miss the 450 splash before Henley got the pin!

Result: Fallon Henley def. Kelani Jordan to become the new NXT Women's North American Champion

After the match, Henley got on the mic, but the lights went out, and Zaria showed up behind them before taking all three of Fatal Influence out in the ring. Henley took a big F5 before Zaria stood tall in the ring.

Grade: B

Bubba and LaGreca were recapping the matches before Ridge Holland interrupted a second time, the first having been on the pre-show. Dudley warned him, telling him to not try it a third time.

Tatum Paxley broke out from inside of a road case and spun the wheel, having it land on a casket match. Ava said that she could have the match on Tuesday before we headed for the main event.

WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results: Trick Williams (c) vs. Ethan Page - Devil's Playground match for the NXT Championship

Ethan Page attacked Trick before the match, and they both went after each other with steel chairs before the champ came out on top and got some big chair shots on Page. Page came back with a pumpkin, but Trick put it on Ethan's head instead before getting some big shots and a near fall.

Trick dropped Page on a trashcan outside the ring for a near fall before Ethan hit him with chairs and a ladder. In the ring, Page got a sidewalk slam through a steel chair before getting a near fall. Williams got the Trickshot for a near fall, and Ethan got a rope break, but then the referee realized that rope breaks aren't a thing in this type of match.

Page dropped some nuts and bolts in the ring before Trick dropped him onto them with a neckbreaker. Back outside, Trick was sent into the ringpost and the steel steps before Ethan got the Ego's Edge through the announce desk. Medical staff came in to check on Trick, but Williams crawled back to the ring before Page slammed him on the steel steps that he brought into the ring earlier.

Trick dodged a big hit with the steps before dropping Page on the bottom half of the steps. Page hit a low blow on the champ before Trick hit a low blow of his own and smacked Ethan with one-half of the steel steps. Williams hit the Trick Shot knee before getting the win.

Result: Trick Williams def. Ethan Page to retain the NXT Championship at WWE NXT Halloween Havoc

Grade: A

Ridge Holland attacked Trick Williams after the match and Page stopped him for a moment but then tossed the champ over to him to get the Redeemer.

Page was about to hit a big move on the champ, but Bubba Ray came in and sent Ethan and Ridge outside, saving the champ before NXT Halloween Havoc went off the air.
