WWE officially announces Rusev's status for WWE Elimination Chamber

WWE finally announced that Rusev will not be able to wrestle at tonight's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view. While it was expected that Rusev would be missing tonight's show after suffering an injury at last Tuesday's SmackDown taping, WWE didn't officially announce it until moments ago:
