Paul Bearer's Hall of Fame ring on Pawn Stars
Late WWE legend William Moody aka Paul Bearer may have passed on nearly three years ago but his legacy in the sport still lives on, with the legend’s ring being the subject of interest on History TV show Pawn Stars, reports wrestlinginc.com.
The ring was brought to the Gold & Silver Pawn Shop by a friend of the Moody family, with the Harrisons even offering a staggering $4,000 for it, which was turned down by the seller.
History TV originally released promos featuring WWE Hall of Famer Tammy ‘Sunny’ Sytch bringing in the ring and even had the title of the episode referencing her, which was something pointed out by WWE fans on Twitter and vehemently denied by Sytch – who launched a rant against the Pawn Stars and History TV’s official Twitter handles for falsely promoting their show.
Her rant may have prompted the show to tweak their plans, with the cable guide stating that although the ring would still be present, Stych wouldn’t be featured on the show.
Stych even took to Twitter to state that she still owns her ring and doesn’t plan on parting with it.
