Owens had the final laugh at COC

The Power Rankings was bound to undergo some major changes this week due to Clash of Champions. And it was exactly what happened as the event went into the books. Kevin Owens retained the Universal championship with some help from his best friend when Roman Reigns got hold of the United States championship at the expense of Rusev.

As far as the SmackDown superstars were concerned, they were busy building up No Mercy and did not have the luxury of two shows that the superstars on Raw had.  The Power Rankings saw some ups and downs compared to last week and here is a look at the same.
