WWE Power Rankings for December 23, 2013

WWE

WWE.com, in association with the Academy of Wrestling Arts & Science, publishes a top 25 rank list every week ranking the wrestlers on basis of their performance over the week.

After picking up the pay-per-view business to an extent with TLC, the WWE was back on its mission to live up to the history of its weekly shows. A lot of wrestlers saw new directions while some were still left in the darkness.

There were a lot of movements up and down the list compared to last week. Here is a look at the latest WWE Power Rankings for the week after TLC.

25. Kofi Kingston (Previous Rank – new entry)

Kofi Kingston

The highly energetic Kofi Kingston seems to have benefited from his feud with The Miz despite not having a crystal clear storyline. A win at TLC over the awesome one gets Kofi a place in the list after some time.

24. Fandango (Previous Rank – 25)

Fandango

Fandango improves his place in the list with the win over Dolph Ziggler at TLC. The movement is actually good for a mid-carder like him who doesn’t have any good feud or storyline to boast about.

23. Xavier Woods (Previous Rank – 24)

Xavier Woods

Woods was used efficiently in the heel turn of Brodus Clay. The angle helped him gain some spotlight while also getting the Funkadactyls and Clay’s moves. The direction for his character seems to be good and he is someone who is expected to go further up.

22. Dolph Ziggler (Previous Rank – 20)

Dolph Ziggler

If Woods is destined to go up the rankings, Ziggler is someone destined to go down, given the current situation. He hasn’t had any real feud to start with and has been losing on a regular basis. A TLC loss to Fandango drops him two places to 22.

21. R-Truth (Previous Rank – 22)

R-Truth

R-Truth came out with another all-win week and jumped one place up into the 21st position. His pairing with Xavier Woods also seems to be clicking with the fans and the veteran looks to cement his spot in the ranking over coming weeks.
